A: Currently we have no other option than to buy from one of the distributors listed.

Q: Is there any warranty on the furniture?
A: Yes, we have a one year warranty. Here is a pdf of our warranty statement.
Q: What type of wood is used for the furniture?
A: We use clear grade, environmentally friendly, pressure treated, southern yellow pine. For more info on the treatment (either have pdfs to download or a link to Arch Chemicals site where the pdfs can be downloaded)
Q: What type of sealer is used?
A: We use a high quality, solvent based, penetrating sealer from Ready Seal. This sealer offers ultraviolet and mildew protection.
Product Care
Q: How do I clean my furniture?
A: Lightly clean with soapy water then rinse off.
Q: How often should I reseal my furniture?
A: We recommend annually resealing any piece of furniture that is exposed to weather.
Q: What sealer should I use to reseal my furniture?
A: Most high quality, penetrating, outdoor, wood sealers work well. Make sure the wood is fully dry before sealing. Under normal conditions the wood should be dry 48 hours after cleaning.
Q: Can I paint my furniture?
A: Yes. New furniture can be painted without using a primer since the sealer also acts as a primer for paint. Older furniture should be given a coat of primer before painting.
